Although there are thousands of shoes on the market, there is a much smaller collection of men’s shoes then ladies shoes. Walk into any department store and the ladies shoe department will span across half the floor while the men’s shoe department will take up a small corner. Or take a look online at Zappos for instance and you will see that for men’s shoes they come up with 12,800 results, while for women’s shoes, Zappos comes up with 32,026 results
Not that 12,800 shoes is not enough of a selections. However, I always have trouble finding the right shoes. Could be that it’s a combination of not having enough patience to look around. When I go to the mall I expect to find shoes immediately. I don’t have the patience to go from store to store. I want to come one from the mall with my mission accomplished, having shoes in my hand. Women on the other hand can go to the mall numerous times without coming home with anything. They will look and look until they find the shoe that they had in mind. I don’t either have the patience to look online to find shoes. I never know how they will really look or how they will feel etc.
Also, there are specific styles that I will only wear. I have a certain look if shoes that I always look for. Then high end designer labels are usually the shoes that I go for, but that look away because of the price tag. One brand of shoes that I have bought a couple of times from now is Marc Joseph New York shoes. These shoes are well priced and have great style and look and are extremely popular as well. Lately I’m seeing more and more of their shoes. It’s worth giving these shoes a try.
